BASIC TOS

  • My commissions are Paypal and Ko-fi only. You must pay within 24 hours after the sketch is done unless i agreed to hold the payment by myself.

  • By commissionning me, you agree that you've read and accepted my terms of commissions.

  • Unless stated otherwise, the prices are for one character only and does not include backgrounds.

  • Adding a new character costs half the price of the first one. This does not include backgrounds.

  • Commissioners can reupload my art if given proper credit. ( you can link my carrd.co if i am not on said website. There must be a link. )

  • Do not send money until I say so. Payment comes after sketch is done.

  • Art cannot be used commercially or claimed as your own. Although, I am fine with people using fanart (anime, games, NOT gift or owed art to other artists) as profile pictures. I don't mind people using my own OCs as profile pictures as long as there is proper credit.

  • My work CANNOT be used for AI generators or NFTs..

  • Do not commission me if you expect something to be done fast. I can take multiple months to finish an art. You are always free to remind me gently as i have a short memory and very low motivations sometimes.

  • Don't resell a design for more than you've paid for (unless there's additionnal art).

ABOUT REFUNDS

  • If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, since the payment was not sent yet (normally, if it was i will refund you fully), i will simply remove you from my to-do-list. If I notice there are repetitive cancels overtime while i work with you, i will not hesitate to block you from my commissions.

  • If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist's discretion. I do have a rough basis for refund :

  • > sketch, 90%

  • > colors, 50%

  • > render, 15%

  • If the commission is done and you wish to cancel, there will be no refund. Please do note that i voluntarily send a lot of wips during the process to make sure that everything is alright with your commission. I won't get mad if you make me change a few pencil strokes. BUT :

  • Major changes during the art ( adding a new character, for example ) will make the price raise depending on the request.

  • Smaller changes are fine, but after 3-5 changes during the commission i will make you pay a certain amount (depending on the request) for further modifications.

WILL/WON'T DRAW

  • Below is a general guideline for what i will and will not draw. Keep my artstyle in mind when ordering, as i will not replicate another artist's or company's art style. (ex. Disney, Pokemons)

  • ALLOWED CONTENT : Humans, NSFW (refer to the NSFW carrd), Slight blood / Candy gore, Feral, Anthros, Dragons, Original Species, Pokemons... Ask if unsure.

  • DISALLOWED CONTENT : Complex amors (ask), Mechas (ask), Vent art, Hateful content (such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, or even toward someone, ect...)

  • YOU ARE ALWAYS FREE TO ASK WITH A REFERENCE OF YOUR CHARACTER FOR NON-NSFW OR HATEFUL DISALLOWED CONTENT.
